Vendors Alley Open:
Friday, July 12 & Saturday, July 13 from 5PM - 9PM
(Gates open at 5PM, Rodeo Events start at 7PM)
Set-up- 2PM to 4PM - we ask you be at the area in your assigned spot by 4PM and set up by 5PM
Cost: $50 for Friday night and $75 for both Friday and Saturday
Vendors must provide their own equipment ie: canopies, table chairs, etc. No electricity or running water is available - all vendors must be self sufficient.
There is no security or anyway to lock items over night, so if you are an open air set up you will need to pack up Friday night and reset up Saturday. This is an outdoor event.
Vendors will be limited to sell the items approved in advance. Items not approved will no be permitted.
Registration form must be completed and returned to Kelli Anastas No later than 4PM on May 1 ,2024.
